Lincoln Bible Church

Here Jesus urges the disciples to flee the coming wrath upon Jerusalem. This lays the groundwork for the early church, but also reminds us that fleeing those afflicted by God’s wrath is a perfectly sound and just response. After the terrible wrath that God inflicts upon those Jewish people who reject Christ, the disciples build the church.
